St. Clemens is a Roman Catholic church in Hanover and the centre of the regional deanery. It was built in 1718 and was the first Catholic church in Hanover after the Reformation. The church was destroyed in an air raid during the Second World War and rebuilt after the war. The dome of the basilica was reconstructed according to the original plans of the architect Tommaso Giusti and is the only purely Italian church in northern Germany. Since 1 September 2010, St. Clemens has been part of the parish of St. Heinrich in the Hanover deanery of the diocese of Hildesheim.

The church is a listed building and an example of the Venetian Baroque style. It has a rich interior and two organs. The first organ dates back to 1718, the current organ was built in 1960 by the Paul Ott company. The church bells were cast by the bell foundry Petit & Gebr. Edelbrock in 1957.
